Chef Glenn Rolnick is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in diverse dining environments. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations at Carmine's NYC and Virgil's BBQ, Chef Rolnick has held prominent positions including Executive Chef at notable establishments such as Dellwood Country Club and The Algonquin Hotel in New York City. Additional experience includes serving as Exec Chef and Exec Sous Chef at the UN Plaza Hotel - Hyatt, as well as owning and operating Culinary Creations Catering. Chef Rolnick's education includes studies at The Culinary Institute of America and Rockland Community College, where Chef earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management.
