Sebastien Morissette, CRHA CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at Carmichael since January 2003. In this role, Sebastien leads a multidisciplinary HR and Payroll team, acting as a strategic partner to senior management and overseeing all HR operations to align with corporate objectives. Prior to this, Sebastien held the position of Human Resources Manager, providing support and guidance to regional offices and head office managers. Sebastien's earlier experience includes serving as HR Coordinator at Aviation Lemex, focusing on health and safety, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations, as well as a Sales Representative at Sony of Canada Ltd. Sebastien holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from UQAM and a diploma in Business Management from Cegep Marie-Victorin.
