Gerardo Valdivia is an experienced corporate process engineer and manager with a strong background in production management and continuous improvement. Currently serving at Carmeuse since June 2015 in roles including Corporate Process Engineer, Plant Manager, and Production Manager, Valdivia has a track record of promoting safety, optimizing production processes, and managing budgets. Prior to Carmeuse, Valdivia worked at CEMEX from January 2009 to May 2015 as a Continuous Improvement Manager, leveraging expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma as a Black Belt practitioner, along with previous roles as Production Manager and Process Engineer. Valdivia's educational credentials include a diploma in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master in Industrial/Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana, and a Bachelor in Industrial Chemistry from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua.
