Tracy Nguyen, CFA is a Vice President of Capital Finance at Carmel Partners. Prior to this role, Tracy had experience in investments & acquisitions at Veritas Investments, Inc., as well as a background in managing capital markets and real estate finance transactions at Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust. Tracy also has experience in finance and asset management at Waypoint Homes / Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust, and as a financial analyst at KSDG. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and has passed all three levels of the CFA Program in Investment Management.
