Victoria M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and operational improvement in the cannabis industry. Currently serving as the VP of Quality and Operational Improvement at Carmel Cannabis since December 2019, Victoria previously held various roles at CannTrust from August 2017 to November 2019, including Product Quality Manager and Quality Control Manager, overseeing critical quality control activities and product release processes. Prior to the cannabis sector, Victoria worked in legal and academic settings, including managerial and legal assistant roles at the Law Offices of Ellena Steiner and educational positions at the University of Utah and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where Victoria also earned a Ph.D. in Inorganic-Physical Chemistry.
