Previous positions include VP of Digital Commerce, Marketing, & Loyalty at Petco, Chief Architect at Teradata, and Sr. Business and IT Transformation Expert at the Business Transformation Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense. Severn's earlier career involved IT governance and compliance at Circuit City and various roles in operations and IT at Harrah's Entertainment. Severn holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
