Molly Covert is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in brand creative and design management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Brand Creative at CarMax since February 2022, Molly has previously held the position of Senior Associate Art Director at Capital One, where significant contributions were made to brand standards and identity design. As Creative Director at Rabbit Foot Fern, a design collective in Richmond, Virginia, Molly specialized in branding, design, and print. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of the Advertising Club of Richmond and Art Director at Think804, where diverse projects encompassed identity, web design, and strategy. Molly began their career as a Graphic Designer at Vestal Design after earning a BS in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of California San Francisco.
