Karsten Schneiderwind is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and technical support. Currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure at CARMA since June 2020, Karsten previously held the position of Technical Support Team Leader at Ceevo, where internal and external support for payment-related systems was provided. Prior experience includes working as a Scuba Diving and Emergency First Response Instructor at Dive Systems Malta Ltd. and as a Technical Engineer for SCADA systems at Westnetz GmbH, where planning and servicing high-availability IT infrastructure was key. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Energy from Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule and an IT systems technician degree from Westnetz GmbH.
