Michelle Vanzella GAICD has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors including technology, water services, education, and not-for-profit organizations. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Carly Holdings Limited and Hunter Water, Vanzella also holds the position of Executive Director at Mayday Investments, providing strategic consulting to start-ups. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at Suncorp Group and Westfield Group, where Vanzella was the first female Director and played key roles in business development and customer intelligence. Vanzella is also a Non-Executive Director at Abbotsleigh School and has a strong background in law and corporate governance from their early career as a lawyer at Allens. Vanzella’s educational credentials include degrees in Law and Economics, as well as an MBA from AGSM at UNSW.
