Mélinda FREMONDIERE FLEURANT is a seasoned professional in the luxury hospitality sector, currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Carlton Cannes since September 2023. Responsible for employee integration and development, Mélinda aligns their initiatives with the hotel's strategic HR positioning and high standards. Previously, Mélinda worked as a Management Consultant Trainer at Thierry Marx College from 2021 to 2023 and held various senior roles, including Founder, Director, and Training Engineer at ETOILES ACADEMY Provence Côte d'Azur from 2010 to 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as an Auditor for Leading Quality Assurance and a decade in luxury hotel management as Chef de Réception and Responsible for Accommodation, with extensive experience in training and team development.
