Doug Hall has extensive experience in operations and music leadership. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Leader - Corporate at Carlton-Bates Company since January 1998, Doug has expertise in branch operational reviews, Quality Management Systems (QMS) for ISO 9001, training, and project management. Previously, Doug held the position of District Operations Manager, where responsibilities included branch operations review and QMS compliance. From 1987 to 1997, Doug contributed to Fellowship Bible Church North as a Worship Leader, focusing on service planning and music selection, while also managing team schedules and equipment maintenance. Additionally, Doug worked as a Teacher at North Little Rock Public Schools from 1986 to 1991, specializing in choir and general music education. Doug holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree in Vocal Music from Baylor University, attained between 1979 and 1983.
