David Carr, CCM, CHC has over 45 years of experience in the healthcare construction management industry. David has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Senior Vice President at Carlson-LaVine, Inc., Program Manager and Healthcare Subject Matter Expert at Witt O'Brien's, and President of Carr Project Services Company, Inc.

Prior to these roles, David served as Healthcare Sector Leader at Graham from 2016 to 2019. David also held the position of President at Carr Project Services Company from 1999 to 2016, where they provided successful construction project leadership and management services to both local and national healthcare markets.

Additionally, David has worked as Director of Construction Management, Healthcare at The Boldt Company from 2013 to 2016, and as Director of Preconstruction, Healthcare Projects at Knutson Construction Services from 2001 to 2013. David has also held positions at Sebesta Blomberg and Associates as a Commissioning Agent and Director of Construction Services, at Cuningham Hamilton Quiter Architects as a Construction Services Manager, and at M.A. Mortenson Company as a Project Manager.
