Mike Fanus

Program Lead, Global Cloud Solutions at Carlisle

Mike Fanus has extensive work experience in the field of IT support and field services. Mike started their career at CSC as a Task Lead/MTSB from January 1995 to January 2004. Mike then worked at Salt River Project as a Wireless Support Technician from April 2004 to January 2007, providing desktop and wireless support for various departments. From March 2007 to April 2009, Mike worked at Caris Life Sciences as a Field Service Technician II, responsible for desktop support, server administration, and disaster recovery for several Phoenix locations. Mike played a key role in setting up the Phoenix sites and contributed to the growth of the field services team. From April 2009 to October 2014, they served as the Manager of Field Services at Caris Life Sciences, overseeing the desktop support team and implementing new technologies to enhance customer service. Lastly, Mike joined Carlisle Companies Inc as an IT Support Specialist in August 2016 and their role there is ongoing.

Mike Fanus attended the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the HDI Certified Customer Service Representative certification from HDI in January 2021, and the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in September 2019.
