For over 10 years, CPM has been a member of TAG Alliances, a global community of legal, accounting, and other professional services firms committed to providing high-quality and value-driven services. As a member, we build quality relationships between independent firms with similar standards of excellence and integrity, allowing us to confidently refer our clients to like-minded firms our clients can trust no matter where their legal needs arise.

We make a difference in our community.

Community engagement and giving are essential parts of our practice. Since the program’s inception in 1987, CPM has generously contributed to the CBA Minority Clerkship in the employment of summer clerks. In 2020, CPM made the initial contribution to developing the Racial Justice Work Group (RJWG), a joint effort by the Legal Aid Society of Columbus and Ohio Legal Services Association to advance racial equity by providing vital legal services to local black and minority community members.

We are educators.

Because attorneys have a special obligation to the administration of justice and stewardship of the law, we encourage our attorneys to pursue service to the bar and teaching/educational opportunities. We also urge our attorneys to develop thought leadership on relevant legal issues and to participate in the affairs of their larger communities.
