Elspeth McCulloch has extensive experience in digital learning and educational technology, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Digital Learning at Carleton University since August 2016. In this role, Elspeth McCulloch develops strategic and operational direction for digital learning initiatives, overseeing a broad range of educational technology and online learning efforts. Prior to this, Elspeth McCulloch held positions including Manager of eLearning and Educational Technology Development Coordinator, focusing on course development and training. Previous experience includes serving as an e-Learning Designer at Florida Gulf Coast University and as Director of e-Learning at Eastern Florida State College. Elspeth McCulloch holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Educational Technology from Florida Gulf Coast University and a BA in Rhetorical and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.
