Karen Eilers currently serves as the Program Director for Career Development at Carleton College, having held this position since August 2024. With extensive experience in career counseling and development, Karen has worked as a Professional Career & College Coach at Future Forward Career Strategies since January 2013, assisting teens and young adults in making informed career and college decisions. Previous roles include Director of Career Development at Montreat College, where Karen also taught a mandatory Career Readiness course, and positions at Augustana College, Central College, and University Funding Professionals, LLC, focusing on student career guidance and program development. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Student Development in Post-Secondary Education from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & History from Indiana Wesleyan University.
