Harley Brooks is an accomplished medical professional with significant expertise in population health management, care coordination, and utilization resource management. Currently serving as the Medical Director of Case Management, Utilization Management, and Clinical Denial Management at Carle Health since September 2022, Harley previously held the position of VP CMO and Regional Director of Multispecialty Services for the Upper West Region at OSF HealthCare from December 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, Harley served as the Medical Director of Care Management and Physician Advisor at Advocate Health Care from March 2014 to December 2020, where notable contributions included leadership as chairman of the Utilization Management Committee.
