Steffen Urban is a Senior Scientist and Software and Systems Architect at Carl Zeiss AG, a position held since June 2017. Prior to this role, Steffen served as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) from January 2013 to December 2016. Steffen earned a Dr.-Ing. degree from KIT between 2013 and 2016 and completed a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) in Geodäsie und Geoinformatik from KIT from 2007 to 2012.
