Nicole Morandin is an experienced Community Support Worker at Carizon Family and Community Services, where from September 2021 to the present, involvement includes supporting a caseload of 30 high school students and co-facilitating an after-school tutoring program. Additionally, Nicole plays a key role in a community development initiative by overseeing a food distribution program that engages with 65 community members weekly. Concurrently, since August 2020, work as a Recreation Aid at Revera Bough Beeches Place involves providing companionship and facilitating group activities for residents.
