Nadia Ayaa is an accomplished project manager currently working at Caritas Schweiz since April 2023. Previously, Nadia held the position of program consultant at StartHub Africa from August 2021 to April 2023 and served as program coordinator at Stanbic Business Incubator Limited (Uganda) from June 2020 to August 2021. Nadia's career began at Stanbic Bank, where a role in customer service was held from April 2014 to June 2020. Nadia Ayaa holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Makerere University, completed in January 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Gulu University, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
