Eldin Buljubašić is an experienced professional specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and communication, currently serving as the Monitoring/Evaluation and Communication Manager at Caritas Schweiz since November 2022. Previously, Eldin was involved in various capacities, including a fellowship with the European Fund for the Balkans, and served as a MEL Specialist for USAID/INSPIRE Human Rights Activity, developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans. With a solid background as an expert associate for research, monitoring, and evaluation at Institut za razvoj mladih KULT, and as a board member for multiple organizations, Eldin has contributed significantly to public policy, project management, and youth activism. Eldin holds multiple advanced degrees in International Relations, Business Administration, and Production Management and Marketing from prestigious institutions, reflecting a robust academic foundation.
