Andreas Lustenberger has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Andreas currently holds the position of Head of Research, Policy & Public Affairs at Caritas Schweiz since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Policy & Public Affairs at the same organization from August 2020 to July 2022.

Andreas Lustenberger's education history begins with a KV-Lehre (commercial apprenticeship) at Gemeinde Baar from 2003 to 2006. Andreas then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geographie at the University of Zurich from 2011 to 2014.
