Alice Horner is an experienced professional in the field of program management and social development. Currently serving as a Programme Officer for Chad at Caritas Schweiz since August 2022, Alice previously held the position of Africa Portfolio / A2J Programme Assistant at Terre des hommes foundation from February 2022 to August 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Project Officer specializing in SGBV Data Analysis at Refugee Law Project, Faculty of Law, Makerere University from January 2020 to January 2022, and as an intern at the Federal Social Insurance Office within the Administration fédérale in 2016. Alice's academic background encompasses a Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility, obtained from Université de Fribourg, alongside multiple degrees in Economics and a Quali+ programme in Law for Non-Lawyers.
