Troy Gilbert is a distinguished professional in fundraising and educational services with a robust background in non-profit management and academic administration. Currently serving as a Major Gifts Officer at Caritas of Austin since June 2020, Troy focuses on raising funds to combat homelessness in Austin, Texas.
