Megan Kirk

Director of Behavioral Health Services at Caritas Family Solutions

Megan Kirk is the Director of Behavioral Health Services at Caritas Family Solutions. Megan has over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. Megan began their career as a Clinical Services Manager at Great Circle, where they supervised a team of seven therapists, two case managers, one aftercare consultant, one admissions program manager, and two clinical rehabilitation counselor interns. Megan was responsible for managing and assigning clients to therapists, monitoring revenue for the clinical team, and providing weekly individual supervision for all employees. In their current role at Caritas Family Solutions, they oversee all aspects of the behavioral health services department, including inpatient and outpatient programming. Megan is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to providing high-quality care to their clients.

Megan Kirk earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Florida State University. Megan then went on to earn their Masters in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. Megan is certified as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) from the National Board for Certified Counselors, and is licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and Missouri.

They work with Rena Gotto - Director of Quality Improvements & Compliance, Dennis Jenkins - Chief Operations Officer, and Mike Philbin - Director of Residential Services at St. John’s Bosco Children’s Center. Megan Kirk reports to Gary R. Huelsmann, Chief Executive Officer.
