Shahar Abrams has a diverse range of work experience. Shahar is currently the Head of Product at Cario, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to this, Shahar founded Road to Babylon, LLC in 2021, where they focused on promoting financial education using cutting-edge financial tools and investments. Shahar also has over 4 years of experience in the digital asset industry as a professional at IBM Blockchain and as a private investor. At IBM, Shahar held various roles, including Public Sector Blockchain Delivery Lead, Healthcare Industry Public Sector Blockchain Lead, and Strategy and Analytics Consultant. In these roles, they worked on advanced deployments and projects leveraging emerging technologies like blockchain to solve problems in network-level processes. Before their time at IBM, Shahar worked as a Financial Management Specialist at GSA and as a Social Media Manager and Sales Associate at Vector Marketing.

Shahar Abrams completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Economics from The George Washington University in May 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer, IBM Blockchain Consulting, and IBM Blockchain Essentials in the years 2018 and 2017, respectively.
