Joseph Maassen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both military and civilian sectors. As the owner of Caring Transitions of South Puget Sound since December 2014, Joseph provides comprehensive transition services such as downsizing, estate liquidation, and property clean outs. Prior military roles include Deputy Commander of the 205th Regiment in the Army National Guard, where Joseph coached and mentored staff for training programs, and an Advisor in Afghanistan, leading a team to improve the capabilities of Afghan National Security Forces. Joseph's earlier positions in the Army National Guard involved significant operational and training responsibilities, including supervision of an emergency operations center and command of a battalion supporting logistical needs for a Heavy Brigade Combat Team. Joseph holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Seattle University.
