Estefania Sierra is an experienced hospitality professional with a focus on wellness and customer service. Currently serving as Reservations Manager at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort since January 2020, Estefania has also held roles including Spa & Fitness Operations Manager, Wellness Reservations Supervisor, and Wellness Reservations Specialist. Prior experience at Faena Group from January 2018 to March 2019 included Front Office Supervisor and Guest Experience Manager, where Estefania was instrumental in enhancing guest relations and resolving disputes. Estefania holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, attained between 2016 and 2018.
