Jonathan Hock serves as the inaugural Director of Franchise Operations at Caribou Coffee since November 2019, focusing on the expansion and administration of franchise networks by providing support in various operational areas such as IT, Design, Procurement, and more. Prior to this role, Jonathan gained extensive experience in multi-unit management and sales growth at Taco Bell, holding positions including District Manager, General Manager, and Assistant Manager from October 2006 to November 2019. Jonathan's educational background includes studies at Moberly Area Community College.
