The Specialists Team at the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) works to integrate gender considerations, environmental and social safeguards, and effective communication strategies into the region’s climate change responses. The Gender and Stakeholder Specialist ensures inclusive participation and gender balance; the Environmental and Social Specialist addresses ecological and social impacts; and the Communications Specialist disseminates climate change information to the public and stakeholders.
