Valerie Murphy-Rahman is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in airline operations and sales, currently serving as Senior Manager of Reservations and Commercial Sales at Caribbean Airlines Ltd. since January 2007. In this role, Valerie oversees Contact Centre operations and Reservations support for both Trinidad and Jamaica. Previous positions include General Manager for Trinidad and Tobago/UK and Europe, where responsibilities included managing airport operations and sales initiatives. Valerie has also served as President of the Airlines Association of Trinidad and Tobago since January 2009, advocating for customer satisfaction and technological advancements.
