Mihai Daniel Mihalache is a highly experienced System Architect currently working at CARIAD since November 2023, focusing on trace, logging, and performance optimization. Previously, Mihai served as a System & Software Performance Expert at Argo AI and held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Autonomous Intelligent Driving GmbH, where the emphasis was on low latency performance and troubleshooting system bottlenecks. With a robust background at Intel Corporation spanning nearly a decade in various technical and leadership roles, along with earlier positions at Infineon Wireless Solution GmbH, Pentalog, Freescale Semiconductor, and Kober Electronics, Mihai has developed a strong foundation in embedded software engineering and system debugging. Mihai holds an engineering degree in Automation and Computer Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași.
