Annika Garbade is an experienced professional in organizational development and management consulting, currently serving as an Organizational Development Intern at CARIAD since December 2020. Previous roles include Management Consulting in Strategy & Organisation at Carmeq GmbH from January 2019 to December 2020, and various HR positions at Coca-Cola European Partners and Daimler Group Services Berlin between 2015 and 2018. Annika began the career with internships at Daimler AG and Volkswagen AG. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology-oriented Management from Technische Universität Braunschweig and a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, along with pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Murdoch University.
