Traci Jackson has extensive experience in retail management, having held leadership roles at several prominent companies. Currently serving as Store Leader at Carhartt since January 2020, Traci previously worked as Retail Sales Manager at Ulta Beauty and Store Manager at Charming Charlie. Traci's career began at Nordstrom, where a 18-year tenure included roles such as Department Manager and Regional Merchandise Manager, overseeing significant sales volumes and fostering strong customer service cultures. Traci also has management experience from Contempo Casuals and a solid educational background with an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management and Fashion Merchandising from Sierra College.
