Jenny Hall

Vice President Of Customer Care at Carhartt

Jenny Hall currently serves on the Member Board of Directors for the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit and is an Executive Leadership Committee Member at GS1. Holding the position of Vice President of Customer Care at Carhartt since June 2007, Jenny is dedicated to enhancing customer experience across various sales channels and fostering a customer-first culture within the organization. Additional roles at Carhartt include Director of Project Catalyst, overseeing the implementation of SAP’s S4/HANA, and Director of Sales Operations, managing sales programs and strategies. Jenny began their career at Carhartt as a Sales Representative and advanced through several key positions in sales management. Jenny earned a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Economics from Hope College.
