Annika Barkovic is a packaging and labeling expert with a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University. Currently, Annika serves as Manager and Senior Developer in Packaging and Labeling at Carhartt since June 2022. Previously, Annika held the position of Lead Buyer for Global Procurement at Flint Group, managing $40 million in spend for manufacturing sites across North America and Europe. Annika's experience also includes roles as a Packaging Engineer at Newell Brands, where significant cost savings were achieved, and at Cree, Inc., where Annika led initiatives that enhanced shipping efficiency. Earlier career experiences include internships at Henkel and Coty, where contributions were made towards packaging development and in-store merchandising.
