Iris Guerra Schlesinger is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in performance marketing and analytics. Currently serving as the Vice President of Performance Marketing and Analytics at CarGurus since January 2018, Iris leads a team focused on customer acquisition strategies across various markets and product lines. Previously, Iris held senior roles at Wayfair, including Sr. Director of Traffic Acquisition and Associate Director of Retention Marketing, managing significant budgets and driving strategic initiatives. Prior consulting experience at Altman Vilandrie & Company involved leading teams to develop marketing strategies for tech and media clients. Iris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
