Roczniak has been with Trans.eu Group since March 2014, where responsibilities have included leading business consulting and managing global accounts. Additionally, Roczniak is the CEO of TransAuditors.eu and the owner of Roczniak Consulting, focusing on optimizing logistics and supply chain management. With a strong educational background, including an MBA and various postgraduate degrees, Roczniak is also a board member of Fundacja Diversum, promoting diversity and inclusion in Poland. Prior roles span across facility management, safety engineering, and project management in various industries.
