Patrícia Neves has a diverse work experience in the field of IT software test and quality assurance. Patrícia began their career at Altran as a Software Quality Assurance Tester in 2014, gaining experience in the Social Security sector. Patrícia then joined CTG - Computer Task Group in 2016 as a Test Engineer, working on various projects for clients such as the Ministry of Justice and the Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg. In 2018, Patrícia joined PwC Luxembourg as an IT Test Officer, focusing on testing activities. Currently, they are working at Cargolux Airlines, initially joining as an Engineer in 2021 and later transitioning to a Team Lead role in IT Software Test & Quality Assurance.

Patrícia Neves completed a Degree in Information Systems Management from IPS - Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Escola Secundária Manuel Cargaleiro from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Línguas e Humanidades. In addition to their education, Patrícia has obtained certifications including ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2021 and ISTQB® - BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2015.
