Dmitriy Ioffe is an experienced executive in the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as Chief Strategic Officer at Cargo World Network since December 2024. Prior to this role, Dmitriy held the position of Global Chief Commercial Officer at ECU Worldwide from March 2019 to December 2024. Dmitriy's extensive career includes senior leadership roles at Vanguard Logistics Services, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Vice President from July 2006 to March 2019, as well as Vice President of Sales at Shipco Transport from 1998 to 2006. Dmitriy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a focus on International Marketing from Lubar College of Business (1993-1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Physical Education, from Belaruskaja Dzjaršaunaja Universitet Fiziènaj Kul'tury (1985-1991).
