Flora Saroyan began their professional career in 2004 as Manager for the "Glory & Beauty" Fund. In 2007, they moved to Sourcio as a QA Jr. Engineer. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at VivaCell MTS as a Quality and Planning Senior Specialist. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been employed at CargoMatrix Inc. as Director of the Armenian Branch, QA Lead, and QA Engineer.

Flora Saroyan has a diverse educational background. Flora started their studies in 2001 at Yerevan State University, where they obtained a BSc in Economics in 2006. Flora then continued their studies at the same university and obtained an MSc in Management Information Systems in 2008. In the same year, they attended the School for Young Leaders and studied Leadership. In 2015, they attended Focus Business School to study Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Finally, in 2018, they attended Business Support Center to study IT Project Management.
