Mpho Maphupha currently serves as the Warehouse Operation Team Leader at Cargo Carriers Pty Ltd, where responsibilities include layout design and planning of continuous projects, ensuring accurate stock inventories, and optimizing warehousing operations since July 2020. Previously, Mpho held the position of Industrial Engineering Intern at Granor-Passi from March 2019 to March 2020, conducting time studies, identifying operational bottlenecks, and developing production schedules using lean manufacturing techniques. Mpho's career began as a Salesman at Truworths Retail Group from June 2014 to January 2016, focusing on order fulfillment, customer service, and cashflow management. Mpho holds a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering, obtained from January 2016 to November 2018.
