Yusman Adi currently serves as the Head of HRBP for Cargill Food & Bio in Indonesia and Thailand, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Yusman was the Head of HRBP at Meratus Group, overseeing HR alignment with business goals from May 2022 to April 2024, and the Head of HR at Nutreco Indonesia from September 2020 to May 2022, providing strategic HR leadership. Previous experience includes serving as HR Director at PT. Asiasejahtera Perdana Pharmaceutical and as a self-employed HR Consultant. Yusman's career at Cargill began in 2013, progressing through various HR roles including Business HR Leader and Human Resources Manager. Yusman's earlier career at Multi Bintang Indonesia involved multiple HR positions, including HR Manager for Commercial. Yusman holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from UNIMAS and has additional education from Ross Business School.
