Serdar Özgenlik is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in employee experience management, organizational development, and HR project coordination. Currently serving as Employee Experience Manager at Cargill since September 2014, Serdar Özgenlik oversees HR outcomes for two plants in the South Marmara Region, providing strategic talent management and industry analysis.
