Nicole Fleury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production excellence and quality assurance within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Regional Production Excellence Leader and FIBI Lead at Cargill since March 2019, Nicole employs leadership strategies to enhance operational efficiencies. Prior to Cargill, Nicole held the position of Lean Manufacturing Specialist at Kellogg Company, where significant improvements in throughput were achieved through cross-functional team initiatives and Kaizen events. Nicole's background also includes impactful roles at BAE Systems, Textron, and Alcon Laboratories, accumulating expertise in process optimization, cost reduction, and team development. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply and Value Chain Management from Texas Christian University in 2014.
