Monique Bienemy-Jones, MS, MHRM, PHR, currently serves as a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist at Cargill since May 2024 and is a member of The Black In HR (TM) since January 2020. Previous roles include Employee Relations Manager at Foot Locker from January 2021 to March 2024, Special Needs Offender Program Investigator at TDCJ from June 2012 to January 2021, and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for a private company from February 2014 to December 2020. Monique's earlier experience includes serving as Employee Relations Manager, Sr. Human Resource Generalist, and Human Resources Generalist at Walgreens from August 2006 to February 2014. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Prairie View A&M University, a Master of Science in Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University, and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
