Minoo Mardookhy is a skilled chemist with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Chemist at Cargill since 2023, Minoo previously held positions as a Senior Chemist/Metallurgist at Green Precious Metals Recovery and as an Analytical Chemist at Honeywell, where responsibilities included measuring alpha particle counts in ultra-low-alpha tin and performing analytical determinations of metal alloy constituents. Minoo's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Chemistry from Azad University (IAU). Experience as an Industrial Engineer involved collaboration with undergraduate students on lean practices, while earlier work with the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran focused on uranium compound purification and testing. Minoo also taught chemistry and math at RCL Tutoring, contributing to a diverse professional portfolio.
