Jared Bruggman is an experienced Plant Manager at Cargill, responsible for the operational oversight of multiple grain terminals in Illinois and Indiana since October 2017. Prior to this, Jared held the position of Vice President of Eastern Operations at Ag Partners L.L.C. and served as the Midsouth Regional Operations Leader at Cargill, where the focus included staffing, training, and operational efficiencies across various facilities. Additionally, Jared gained supervisory experience at Cargill's soybean processing facility and export grain facility, as well as early career experience as Assistant Superintendent at Archer Daniels Midland. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Texas A&M University.
