Stacy Freed is an accomplished professional with a robust background in program management and support services. Currently serving as Director of Programs at Pioneer Resources, Inc. since January 2017, Stacy also holds the role of Program Surveyor at CARF International since December 2020. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at MOKA Corporation as Skill Building Coordinator II and Program Coordinator, as well as a supervisory position at Baker College overseeing Learning Support Services from 2003 to 2007. Stacy Freed's academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Walden University, obtained in November 2023, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Baker College, completed in 2007.
