Lourdes Magolnick has had a varied work experience. Lourdes began their career in 2017 as a Waitress at Hearth's Pizzeria. Lourdes also held a Public Relations Internship at TARA, Ink. that year. In 2018, they worked as a Front Desk Associate at Equinox and an Event Marketing Intern at Modern Luxury. In 2019, they were an Operations Intern at éliou and a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Theory. Lourdes was also a Team Leader for the National Student Advertising Competition, where they created a 360 marketing campaign with a team of undergraduate strategists, copywriters, and designers. Most recently, they have been a Lead Generator at Overproof and a Lead Product Owner and Product Designer at Carewell.

Lourdes Magolnick completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Miami between 2017 and 2020. In 2020, they also completed a Graduate of UX Academy in UX/UI Design from Designlab. Prior to that, they attended Boston College from 2016 to 2017, but did not receive a degree. Lourdes also attended Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart and obtained their Highschool diploma.
